Letter from EI BOE RE:SUPERINTENDENT "BUYOUT"
Dear East Islip Community Coalition:
The District is in receipt of your email of 7/24/07 entitled “Disclosure of Information – 2nd Request.” There appears to have been some sort of miscommunication. Please be advised that the agreement with Mr. Maloney will be made available for inspection by you upon application to the District’s Records Access Officer, Mr. Tartaglia, under FOIL.
As to your suggestion of making a copy of the agreement available at the Library, please note that we will discuss this at our next Board of Education Executive Session. Those materials presently at the Library are provided pursuant to Board direction which does not exist regarding the agreement with Mr. Maloney.
